Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. We worked with a salesperson who may not have had all of the answers but then again most salespeople don't. This salesperson had no problem taking the time to get the answers. She was very careful to make sure she informed us of all of the benefits of owning and driving a Subaru. We went out with the idea that we would be buying a Subaru Outback and with her help we did buy a 2020 Subaru Outback. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was pleasant and courteous. Great buying experience with Sabino and AJ! Back in May I began looking to replace my Impreza with something a little bit bigger. After having an unpleasant experience at another Subaru dealersh Back in May I began looking to replace my Impreza with something a little bit bigger. After having an unpleasant experience at another Subaru dealership I came to Subaru of Jacksonville and was met by Sabino. We sat down and I told him exactly what I was looking for and he said he had just the thing. He brought around a 2015 Forester for me to look at. After a quick test drive we sat down and worked up the numbers and it came in less than what I expected. Sabino quickly got all of the paperwork together and I sat down with AJ to finalize all of the details. AJ went over the options that were available for gap insurance, extended warranty, etc., but wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions before I signed anything. Within about an hour and a half of walking through the doors I was driving off the lot in my new-to-me Forester Premium. I was really impressed with the overall friendliness and professionalism of every employee who I spoke with. I will definitely be coming back for my next Subaru! More

My first service visit (with grandkids with me) was not good ! After buying a BRAND NEW ASCENT, which has been nothing but problems. I took my vehicle in for its 1,000-mile service this past Friday (as mentioned ! After buying a BRAND NEW ASCENT, which has been nothing but problems. I took my vehicle in for its 1,000-mile service this past Friday (as mentioned with my two grandkids) when checking in Danny (who was an angle) walked us through the building to get to the service wait area. while walking through a young "LADY" walked out from the back-office/waiting area, CUSSING! Right in front of my two grandbabies. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR SUBARU OF JACKSONVILLE! I was so embarrassed when my 5-year-old granddaughter asked me what (F***) means. I went and grabbed one of her cards. The worst part about this visit is when Juan (who was great!!) sold us the vehicle and my husband and I were doing a walkthrough of the dealership. The service guys were cussing behind a wall. Not a very Family-oriented environment. WILL NOT GO BACK PERIOD! ill take my vehicle else ware. I even made an attempt to talk to the owner/manager, and when I asked the rep on the phone to speak with the owner/ main manager, the rep hung up on me! out of all the years of servicing my vehicle I have never been so embarrassed or upset. More

Road Hazard I purchased my Continental tires from Subaru of Jacksonville in July 2019. With this purchase came Road Hazard insurance. I picked up a wicked piece I purchased my Continental tires from Subaru of Jacksonville in July 2019. With this purchase came Road Hazard insurance. I picked up a wicked piece of metal in one of my tires, had to put on the spare, and took the tire in to be fixed. The size and nature of the Road Hazard precluded the dealership from repairing the tire. The Road Hazard insurance picked up the cost of the new tire. I dropped into the dealership without an appointment and expected to have to wait as they assessed the tire and take appropriate action. Michael got me in and out in under 2 hours. I have had nothing but great experiences with this Service department and my 2014 Forester has had all maintenance and repairs done at Subaru of Jacksonville. More
