Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. My experience was amazing. I was a challenging customer but David was able to help me in locating the vehicle that was just right for me. My initial test drive left me with more questions so he allowed me to do a longer second test drive. Thanks David. He even allowed me make an extra stop which even sold me more. Any one that would be so accommodating has my business. We even went back ànd forth on the price and he suggested the final price so thanks. Buying from Subaru of Jacksonville was the best decision that I ever made. I thank you Subaru of Jax and David Bailey. When it came to financing the SUV, As for Ryan in the Finance Dept., he was the best. He and my husband talked like they had known each other for years yet he was able to explain every form to me without missing a beat. Thank you Ryan for making the financing of my new vehicle effortless and pain free. You guys ROCK!!!!! More

I did not plan on buying a car for another two months. I went to Subaru of Jacksonville to test drive and Ray was so kind and indulged me in my research. I went to 8 dealerships that same day and because I went to Subaru of Jacksonville to test drive and Ray was so kind and indulged me in my research. I went to 8 dealerships that same day and because of Ray being so nice and patient, I decided to go back the following Tuesday to buy my first ever brand new car from him. His patience and his knowledge of the different cars is what brought me back 2 months sooner than I had originally planned. Thank you to the team at Subaru of Jacksonville. Ray and AJ in Finance truly made what could've potentially been an awful experience (because who likes dealing with care salesmen?) into a great one. I will be back, one day! More
