Tire gauge suprise My tire light came on in my Subaru Outback. I was fortunate to be near the Subaru of Jax. I pulled in and ask them to check my tires. Not only did My tire light came on in my Subaru Outback. I was fortunate to be near the Subaru of Jax. I pulled in and ask them to check my tires. Not only did I have a nail in one tire but a second tire as well. They patched my tire and got me on my way in 1 1/2 hours. Super nice since it was an unexpected visit. Vehicle purchased: used vehicle (2011 Honda Odyssey) I'll be honest in that I normally avoid car dealerships. I'm not a good negotiator and prefer to deal with private owners. But living in Pennsylvania, I needed a dependable car that was in good shape. Several sales people helped me over the phone prior to my trip down, and all were very accommodating, answering all my questions, and even taking the time to talk to a friend that I sent over to check out the van. I arrived on a Saturday, so the dealership was rather busy. Still, all involved were helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I and my family were even offered refreshments several times from various sales people. That being said, Steve Barba rose above all. Such a kind man, and very interested in all of us. That in itself made me feel very comfortable in purchasing from SOJax. He dealt with me often over the phone, and was never too busy for us to talk. This is very important before making a 900 mile trip to buy a car. I can't overstate how much his disposition helped to allay my fears of dealing with a dealership. He saw me through the entire process right down to the point of me getting in the van and driving off. If you are purchasing a vehicle from SOJax, you have to go see Steve! He has a loyal customer in me from now on. More

One-year scheduled maintenance Yesterday my wife took her 2018 Subaru of 1 year/7,316 miles in for scheduled maintenance. The Express Service was great and they started on it right Yesterday my wife took her 2018 Subaru of 1 year/7,316 miles in for scheduled maintenance. The Express Service was great and they started on it right away... in and out in about half an hour... with a quick vacuuming and wash, as well! Straight forward sales approach.
