Service - car wouldn't start. My Legacy wouldn't start due to a battery problem. Service quickly diagnosed the problem and did all necessary checks including a software update. Not the 4th dealership, but the 5th dealership "right on!" Needless to say, I was "mulling over" thoughts of buying a new car, searching all the websites and looking for something that would be comparable to what I was used to. I will not say which dealerships I visited, taking test drives and talking numbers, but the first four were put to shame by Subaru of Jacksonville!! From the very first exposure, Keyyondra Brown on the phone, to every agent I encountered I was treated as a valued potential buyer. Kimberly Schneid was incredible! She asked a few questions, then was on to the lot with me, enjoying her informative yet friendly conversation... NO pushing what she wanted to sell me, just listening. she made the whole process, from beginning to end, an enjoyable experience and I'm now driving my 2019 outback! Wow! Excellent service department I took my Forester in for its 6-month factory maintenance. The Service Department took the car in 10 minutes before my appointment time and had me ou I took my Forester in for its 6-month factory maintenance. The Service Department took the car in 10 minutes before my appointment time and had me out in less than 30 minutes. All work was performed expertly and everything was explained and diagramed. Will definitely return to Subaru of Jacksonville for all maintenance. Well worth having their factory trained experts work on my car. More
