Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Great experience with the Service Department We brought in a used Subaru we just purchased with ~250k miles on it. Needless to say, there was a long list of recommended repairs. Josh helped us so We brought in a used Subaru we just purchased with ~250k miles on it. Needless to say, there was a long list of recommended repairs. Josh helped us sort through what was absolutely necessary to keep the car on the road for another couple years and what was not worth doing on a car with so many miles. During the course of the repair, they damaged the radiator. Instead of telling us we needed a new radiator (which a less trustworthy shop might do), they told me and replaced it at no cost. Two days after dropping the car off with no appointment, I get a call from Josh and everything is finished under budget and ahead of schedule! Needless to say, we will be returning to Subaru of Jax and Josh for any future repairs. When it comes time to shop for another car, I'll look at Subaru's first because I trust the service department at Subaru of Jax so much. Thanks y'all! More

He was extremely patient with our indecisiveness and took the time to tell us about every detail of the cars we were test driving. He even stayed after hours as we took our sweet time thinking over the decision! The Finance Dept was also very friendly and helpful. So happy we bought a Subaru, and so glad we had a pressure-free car buying experience. More
