I am always very pleased when I have my Subaru Forester serviced here friendly staff who keep you informed and updated during the service the reception area where you wait is very nice with free coffee and serviced here friendly staff who keep you informed and updated during the service the reception area where you wait is very nice with free coffee and snacks comfortable seats if the find anything during the service of your vehicle they come and tell you and ask what you would like to do so overall I really like Subaru of Kennesaw the prices are higher than other places but I know they use genuine Subaru parts and the technicians are trained by Subaru. You buy a car, once you drive off the lot the customer service disappears. Disappointed. I left multiple messages, voice and email with just about everyone I could think of about the maintenance plan. Fi service disappears. Disappointed. I left multiple messages, voice and email with just about everyone I could think of about the maintenance plan. Finally over a week goes by and someone calls me to sell me a maintenance plan, which is what I was trying to do. When I explained to the person about how frustrated I was, I was told that everyone is busy moving last month's inventory. Yeah, okay. I thought this dealership would be different but nice when they are selling and once you drive away, they dont give xxxx. More

My experience at Subaru of Kennesaw was great! I was in the market for a used Subaru Outback. I had been looking online and was getting frustrated. I decided to go to Subaru of Kennesaw and see wh I was in the market for a used Subaru Outback. I had been looking online and was getting frustrated. I decided to go to Subaru of Kennesaw and see what they had on the lot. I’m glad I did. They had several options and were able to help me find what I needed/wanted at the price point I needed to be at! Nate Deem, the salesman that helped me, was great! He was upfront, honest, and patient. I appreciated his no pressure sales style. Overall a great experience. I would do business again with them in the future and definitely recommend checking them out. More

The service team is always professional and I appreciate them. I like the fact they will save me money when they can. I thought I was going to need a repair that was going to cost a few hundred bucks. Ins them. I like the fact they will save me money when they can.
