I went to look at a used car. John M. was extremely pushy, and wasn't truthful about the history of the car. He was pushy, dishonest and made the entire experience feel like the John M. was extremely pushy, and wasn't truthful about the history of the car. He was pushy, dishonest and made the entire experience feel like the stereotypical used car sales "deal" even though he didn't give me a chance to negotiate on a price. Further, we didn't find out until we went to pick up the car that it had been in two previous accidents. His only comment was that it was CPO and had passed a 152 point inspection, but withheld the fact that it had bee in TWO previous accidents. Despite a horrible buying experience with John M., we decided to purchase the car anyhow since we didn't want to lose the deposit. The icing on the cake was that when we took the car home the dealership hadn't even done the bare minimum of filling up the gas tank. We didn't notice the low gas light on until 1/2 way home and we had to stop to fill up just to make it all the way. Finally, I emailed the sales manager with my complaints and displeasure. I got no email response. I did get a call back, but he failed to return my call when I called him back. This was THE worst car buying experience I've ever had and will absolutely not be buying from this location, or possibly any location again. More

Very disappointed with my service. Had it set up for 2 weeks. I brought the car in for a leak in the sun roof. Tech thought that he would just have to clean out the drains. After two hours they told me that they would not do anything with the leak because they did not have the technology or expertise to assess. The entire reason that the car was there on Friday instead of Saturday was due to the scheduler telling me that the men I would need to repair it did not work on Saturdays. I could have gotten the same response on Saturday and not had to miss work More
