I just purchased my first used Subaru Forester. I love driving my Subaru because I feel safe, I can see over the hood (I'm short), and I believe I got more of a car with all the bells and whistles than I deserved! DO NOT USE This Dealership! I had lights go off on my dashboard and I was away from home at the time. This was the nearest dealer to go to for service as I live 2 hours away and I had lights go off on my dashboard and I was away from home at the time. This was the nearest dealer to go to for service as I live 2 hours away and I was concerned for safety to drive. First their diagnostic fee is OUTRAGEOUS at $189. They gave me a long list of parts needed and I was told about a problem that they said would need a day to a day and a half to repair. Parts would be $1000 and labor would be over $4000. Thank goodness I have a father/son business near me that has previously worked on my Forester. They said not only DID I NOT have the problem that was described to me but that I was completely lied to about what needed to be done and how, and that only one of the parts they described were needed. My local mechanic said their fee for the correct issue repair with parts and labor would be $895. What a scam from Subaru of Kennesaw!!! PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else. There are honest, trained mechanics out there that can help you. How disappointing to be lied to and so blatantly. To think that I could have gone into debt over this. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Lesson learned. More
