Basically, NO ONE wants to be ignored, which is what happened today with Abigail Nathanael or that Stephen Barnes NEVER answers his phone or returns calls. Pretty sure they are all nice people but that's not what always translates to me as a guest. There are many other Subaru dealership that provide service and a customer friendly environment that would be worth the drive. I remember when coming here use to feel like visiting family and friends. Now, you are just the number of the tag they put in the car. More
