My experience started online and then a visit to the dealership. We arrived with an instant greeting from Craig who was excellent. Knows his product. Very friendly. They were accommodating with a couple dealership. We arrived with an instant greeting from Craig who was excellent. Knows his product. Very friendly. Great dealership and great people working there! I made an appointment for a test drive of an 2021 Outback XT. We wanted to try out the new 2.4 turbo to compare it to our 2018 Outback with the 2.5 engine. an appointment for a test drive of an 2021 Outback XT. We wanted to try out the new 2.4 turbo to compare it to our 2018 Outback with the 2.5 engine. Nice acceleration, quiet, nice ride. We talked about it and decided we were happy with the 2.5. The salesman made us a good offer on our trade. We are Happy! We are looking forward to our next visit to Lokey Subaru. More

Online sales kept in contact without harassing me. When I arrived at the dealer to preview the vehicle I was interested, they were very accommodating.
