Workers need to keep track of customers vehicle after service is completed. I was asked if I wanted a car wash and said yes. It would take about 5 minutes I was told. When 30 minutes went by, I asked abo service is completed. I was asked if I wanted a car wash and said yes. It would take about 5 minutes I was told. When 30 minutes went by, I asked about my car and was told I should be up any minute. Turns out it was in the parking lot not in line at all to be washed. The employee quickly left his desk and ran my car through the car wash. There was definitely a miscommunication between the employees about getting my car washed after being serviced!! More
