Charged for Nothing I am thoroughly disappointed with my appointment on Monday, July 1. I was not notified of an inspection charge when I made my appointment the previous I am thoroughly disappointed with my appointment on Monday, July 1. I was not notified of an inspection charge when I made my appointment the previous Friday with Erik. I was seeking to know an estimate to replace the malfunctioning part for a diagnostic code I received. Yet, I was also told by Erik that even if I had/provided the diagnostic code it "wouldn't matter". However, the same diagnostic code I had was the same exact code stated on the visit summary. So in essence I paid Sutton Ford to tell me what I stated was already wrong with my vehicle. I was told by Cre via telephone that I wouldn't be charged due to not being notified of the inspection charge when making my appointment, and the other aforementioned information; however the transaction was still processed to my account. More

The Works (Oil change) Service Representative (Allen Taloff) seemed unknowledgeable at first, however, he got his act together after the service was complete. The price for an oil change with tire rotation is EXCESSIVELY HIGH, compared to other service providers. I usually let Ford service my vehicle exclusively, however, I think I'll shop around in the future. More
