Air conditioning fix only lasted 2 days Monday June 24, 2019 After spending over $700 to have my air conditioning fixed on my 2016 Explorer, it lasted only 2 days. Once again, warm air blowi Monday June 24, 2019 After spending over $700 to have my air conditioning fixed on my 2016 Explorer, it lasted only 2 days. Once again, warm air blowing out of my vents. I was told I would need to leave my vehicle over night to ensure the air conditioning was fixed, as well as a recall fixed. Since I needed a vehicle that evening, I rented a car from Enterprise. A couple hours later my advisor called and said my vehicle would be ready by 4:00pm. Good thing I rented that other vehicle. Total waste of money. Once the air conditioning issue is resolved, I will not be returning to Sutton Ford for any service. More
