Living about 214 miles away, I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle without seeing it in person—especially since I was particular about the color. I was looking for a maroon shade, not a bright red, and Matt went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. He thoughtfully parked the vehicle next to a true “red” BMW and sent me photos so I could clearly see the difference. That level of attention to detail meant a lot. Matt was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, the purchase was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend The BMW Store—and especially Matt Swartz—for anyone considering a BMW. This was a super smooth and fairly quick experience from the initial placing of my special order X1, obtaining a value on my trade, followed by pickup of my vehicle in the timeframe stated. Great experience. I gave Emily the description of the i4 I was interested in, she located one exactly to my specs in Baltimore. In less than 10 days I had the car. The financing was excellent and both the sales person and the finance person gave me recommendation on how to structure the payments that saved several thousand bucks. The instruction on how to operate the electric BMW were thorough. Everyone was helpful and cheerful without pressure. More
