Here at The BMW Store we’ve done a lot in over 4 decades and are very proud of our past and looking forward to an incredible future. Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started!
It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. Realized there was a bulge in the sidewall of my tire. Showed up without any appointment. My family and I have been customers of The BMW Store for over 42 years now. During this time, we have done extensive business with the dealership Parts, Service, and Sales departments involving more than a over 42 years now. What has allowed this longevity and depth of relationship to develop is the consistency and excellence of the staff at The BMW Store. They have always proven to be honest and straightforward, truly knowledgeable, willing to put in the necessary effort and beyond, committed to excellence in workmanship, and oriented to their individual customers’ unique priorities. While there are too many individuals to mention, in recent years, I have worked primarily with Paul Kolleck (Client Advisor / Sales) and Joe Gettler (Service Advisor) backed by Jacob Tully (Master Tech) tech who, collectively for almost 15 years have been the team that has sold and supported me across ownership of three of my ///M model Bimmers! I have been consistently impressed and treated like a VIP and family member of The BMW Store.
