Cole did an excellent job of explaining all of the features that came with the trim package of the vehicles I test drove as well as the differences between each package available. I felt no pressure when I puchased my Ford Fusion. I always think of the sales experience whenever I bring my car in for service. Even though the purhased was afew years ago.
