The staff at Tim Lally is out of this world great. They are extremely helpful and friendly when they are working with you. This is the 4th vehicle that Joey has put me into, and I cannot be any more excited, he always gets me exactly what I am looking for in my vehicles. I also worked with Jim Z in the finance department, and he is by far the best in the business as well. He explains everything in terms that leave me with no questions at all, in addition to getting me the best deal that he can. More

Rachel uses "I" like she owns the place instead of "we" as in a team. There's a lot she doesn't know about cars but will spout inaccurate data as if it was real.
