My experience with the dealership here in Denver was less than stellar, but Ron Susi in Columbus was super. He was attentive to all my requests and getting to meet him in person was a pleasure. I was disappointed with my experiences in other dealerships and other retail stores. But that was not the case with Toyota Direct and Ron, my salesperson, and Brandon in finance. I was nervous getting a new car to begin with and add to that getting a new car out of state, Ron made it a pleasure and made me feel as though I was making a good decision. Part of getting a new vehicle is being happy with that decision when you drive away. So, thanks again. Ron, glad you were my salesperson. More

Prices for basic maintenance are high. Communication was lacking, hadn’t heard about my truck for over 24 hours so I finally had to call in to see if my Tacoma was done yet. Sensor for B Communication was lacking, hadn’t heard about my truck for over 24 hours so I finally had to call in to see if my Tacoma was done yet. Sensor for Blind spot monitor was overly costly. Staff was friendly and work was completed but with the prices being charged, and past problems I have experienced (couldn’t find my truck for over a half hour, and over 2 hour wait for oil change despite having appointment time), I will look elsewhere to have my truck worked on. Every thing about the servicing of my RAV4 was first rate. However, an express service for oil change and tire rotation would be welcomed.
