Dealership was fine. I was greeted and my appointment was acted on quickly. Poor communication about services. I asked to assess the health of my tires. It wasn’t discussed at checkout. I assumed it was in my paperwork. I looked over the paperwork later on and nothing was noted. Also, I had one tire patched. Technician said all tires could be taken to 35 psi in the winter. I asked to make sure they were all taken to recommended psi. Upon leaving the dealership, the repaired tire was taken to 35 psi, but other three tires untouched. Little things, but very annoying when paying dealership prices. More
