I’m giving this service one star solely because of the pricing—$100 for a simple plate change is outrageous. The task took about 15 minutes, and yet I was charged $100 in labor. I had to negotiate to get the price reduced, but even then, I felt this service should have either been free or at least reasonably priced. Especially frustrating is that a customer service representative previously told me it would be free. As someone who comes in frequently for service, this experience was disappointing. Toyota, you really need to reevaluate your pricing structure for minor tasks like this. More
