They gave me a hard time when they messed up my rim and tire when I sent my car for a tire rotation. I had to use the spare tire for a whole week before they replaced it. Took my highlander in for an oil change and also had a wheel alignment. Discovered a small but deep gouge on the driver side door handle. Door was open inside dealership so did not notice until I arrive wheel alignment. Discovered a small but deep gouge on the driver side door handle. Door was open inside dealership so did not notice until I arrived to my destination I saw the damage when I was touching the handle to lock it. Called and explained the situation. Received a call back and was told damage appeared to be there on a video, I know it was not so I ask to see the video. I received a call from the manager and she explained video was blurry so agreed to repair. When scheduling I was told they would need my car 24 hours. I explained we only had one car since we are retired and my husband no longer drives. I was told I would have to pay for the rental. I have declined not to have them do the repair and told the manager last time I had an oil change there they had oil on my steering wheel and seat which got on my clothes. When arriving I told Lilly about my last experience and ask her to make sure they did not leave oil behind which she did. Bottom line we won’t be back for service or to purchase a new Highlander. For future service I have been referred to a place who does great work and is fair by a good friend. I will be spreading the word about poor service. More
