The customer service was down right terrible. The call center would try to transfer you to your advisor, but if they didn’t answer they would tell you they will send a message to call back. They never call back and you have to call again and it’s the same thing. It didn’t help that after they got my car working, it was leaking coolant from something wrong that happened during the visit. Jeremy, the manager, was very helpful and made it feel as if someone wanted to help and let me know where the was and how long it takes. Yet, this happened after two days and 10 calls that said they left a message to call back. More

Since purchasing my Tacoma in 2018 I’ve chosen Toyota Direct as my service provider even though there is a Toyota dealership just down the road. I appreciated the no pressure sale when I bought the truck Direct as my service provider even though there is a Toyota dealership just down the road. I appreciated the no pressure sale when I bought the truck and the Service Department has been informative without being pushy. This approach is much appreciated as they let the vehicle sell itself as well as expect the owner to understand and stay on top of service requirements. Thank you. More
