Had 2 recall items done. I am very impressed with Toyota of Cleveland's Service Department. It is clean, organized, plenty of seating and has nice clean restrooms (2 of the to I am very impressed with Toyota of Cleveland's Service Department. It is clean, organized, plenty of seating and has nice clean restrooms (2 of the toilets wouldn't stop flushing). They offer water, soda, coffee (and other hot drinks) and popcorn while you wait. Phillip from the sales department saw me sitting there for a long time (3 1/2 hrs) and asked if I needed anything. He was really nice. I found out there is a car wash you can drive your car through on your way out (or he said one of the service department guys could do it for me). It is on the opposite side of the bldg. from the service department - you don't need a code, just drive up until the machine starts and put your car in neutral. It is great they offer free Wi-Fi. I have a suggestion - have computers on the counter by the refreshments for customer to use (so they don't use up the battery on their cell phone). More

We've never been able to deal with our local car dealerships. We were looking specifically for a gently used 2015 BMW X5 and had been shopping in Atlanta. On our way back we contacted Toyota of Cleveland and they invited us in to check out the one they had on their lot. Tommy Shackleford greeted us and allowed us to test drive. Needless to say their customer service was Exceptional, and very professional. We drove home in our first in 35 years Cleveland purchased vehicle. I was hesitant that it wasn't going to happen because we are a single parent household with limited income and resources, but GOD is good! He walked out of there with a vehicle in his name only with help of a down payment from me, but the end result that I wanted accomplished was that the vehicle is in his name only! More

I told him what we were looking for, he gave me options over the phone and via text to keep me up to date because we live 45 minutes away. We were blessed that he called us about a trade-in literally within minutes knowing they were going to be taking it in. I arrived literally moments before another perspective buyer for the same vehicle and ended up getting a great purchase!
