Oil Filter Change Under Extended Protection Plan I was impressed with the service since I showed up early and they got the car in right away. Secondly they washed the car because I asked. The only thing I would have liked was for them to vacuum the front floor boards since they had some pebbles on them This helps protect the carpet and the resale of the car someday since the carpet would last longer. AMAZING DEALERSHIP! On Monday, Dec 19th, I headed to Chattanooga to pick up my granddaughter (age 20) that I raised to begin the grueling task of buying a car immediately On Monday, Dec 19th, I headed to Chattanooga to pick up my granddaughter (age 20) that I raised to begin the grueling task of buying a car immediately due to the fact that she had totaled her car only 2 days before. We decided to go to Cleveland as it appeared that the dealerships were in the same vicinity & she wanted to look at Nissan, KIA, Toyota & Honda. My intent was for her to get the full experience of deciding & buying a car as she had never been exposed to this. We approached the Toyota dealership first. As we drove around to look at the type vehicles, we were greeted with a warm smile & nod from Roger Thompson. As we entered, I explained to Roger that we were just in the "shopping" stage & I did not want to run our socials until she had decided what she wanted & that we were going to be visiting other dealerships as planned. He immediately took us under his wing & treated us with patience, knowledge & respect. He totally engaged her knowing that ultimately I would be the one with the credit to make any deal we found. He brought a car for her to drive & explained every detail of every feature the car had. We returned to the dealership & Roger began to ask the normal questions in order to run figures for us. I once again explained to him the insistence I had in the "full" process. He brought us the numbers on the car & brought his manager in to meet us & that was truly what he did, no pressure, not a word about trying to finalize a deal! (Roger had done his work behind the scene to make sure that there was no pressure), We left there & went to their Honda competitor (determined to get the "full" experience). The experience was horrifying with the salesman not ever giving us his name. He never even looked at my granddaughter! We did drive a vehicle where my granddaughter had to ask him the questions about every feature & he did not even give directions on the route & finally got lost himself & had to pull his phone out to get us back to the dealership. My granddaughter didn't even want to go back in the dealership so that we could get the numbers on this vehicle. I finally received the numbers & as he left to go get his manager, I escaped to my car! As we drove out of the Honda dealership, I asked her to get us the address to one of the other dealership & she indicated that she wanted to go back & purchase the Toyota vehicle from Roger. Once again every detail was explained until she totally understood what commitment she was making with no feeling of being rushed! I have bought many vehicles through the years & NEVER agreed on the first offer. But because of the respect that Roger & his team gave her & me, I didn't haggle with the numbers. The process became more about how we were treated (WITH RESPECT) instead of haggling over a few dollars! So my granddaughter left with a "full" awesome experience & a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla! I probably will not need too many more vehicles but if I were to ever need one, I would drive two & a half hours to purchase from this dealership! It truly was a great experience & one that I will share with everyone! Thank you Roger & all the team at Toyota of Cleveland! More

I have bought two Praises from Brad Doty because he is courteous, knows his product and spends lots of time with his customers. He makes sure you understand every thing about the car before dismissing you to the highway. Tom Trout is another A+ person with the dealership. He greets you and makes sure you are happy with the service you receive. Tom is known to be the best service manager in the Chattanooga area. More
