Purchase made easy and fun! Our salesperson, Brad Doty, greeted us promptly upon our arrival at the dealership. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We took the 2017 Camry SE for a test drive, and Brad pointed out the various features, and answered our questions. With Brad's helpful input, we found that our decision was very easy to make, because the SE had what all that we wanted in our new car. Next, we were introduced to Tyler Ratledge, the finance manager, who helped us with the completion of all the paperwork involved with the purchase of our new car. Tyler explained the particulars of the trade-in of our car, and answered our questions, and told us about everything that we were signing. He was also very friendly and helpful, and was very good at his job. This dealership was a busy place while we were there, and with employees such as Brad and Tyler, it is easy to see why. Our car-buying experience was not only easy, but fun! More

Aug 2016 Rob I went to Toyota plenty of times, usually i prefer Mike, but he retired & Rob joined. Rob wasnt pushy at all. This is his 1st time selling cars & he w I went to Toyota plenty of times, usually i prefer Mike, but he retired & Rob joined. Rob wasnt pushy at all. This is his 1st time selling cars & he was very laid back. I explained this was my daughters 1st car & gave him a budget, 5k. He showed me cars, but skipped a couple. I asked, what about... he said, you asked me what i would let my teen drive & thats not one, so i smiled & Rob had my trust. I picked one out of my budget, slightly, 7k. He agreed for a great safe car. We went inside, did some paperwork with JR or TJ, not sure- While I waited on the bank, i had fresh popcorn & water, (soda ava too) & charged my phone (my daughter was blowing it up). Next step, was the finance guy. " Armadillo" is his nickname, but he was super great. He explained everything to my daughter about payments & APR. He even schooled me in Gap insurance, which i never bought til now. Then they filled up the tank & we left extremely happy. It has been one week & we still happy. I miss Mike, but Rob is great too More
