He kept me up to date on what they were working on with every change he had an update. Crystal was very sweet (and her outfit was just adorable lol… had to throw that in there). Both of them were as nice as they could be and didn’t judge me on my lower credit score. They both helped me find a good car. They both explained everything well too. I plan on building my credit back up and when it’s time for another car, I’ll never buy from anywhere else again. My daughter will need a car in a few years too. I’ve never had a good car buying experience and always felt like the sales people were pushy. I felt at ease and welcomed. Toyota of cleveland has these 2 gems and they need a special acknowledgment.
