I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. I ended up calling service from the showroom to see if my car was done, to which they said I sold have gotten a text. When I told her that I didn't, she said that they've been having issues with the text system, so why wouldn't they try to call if you know you're having errors. Then I find my service technician, sit at his desk, and he proceeds to help two other people that walked in after me and make several phone calls before asking me my name a second time. Worst service I've ever received at Toyota, am normally a very happy customer. More
