Toyota of Lancaster - Service Center

Waited for 3 hours for an oil change when I had a scheduled appointment Called and scheduled an appointment in order to be scene and taken care of quickly as it was a work/school night. Arrived on time to my appointment(530) where my son and I sat in your lobby until after 8. The service guy was nice and honestly told me that my car was in a que in the system for a worker that had already gone home for the day and he didn't realize it right away which delayed servicing. I appreciate the honesty but will be making other plans to get my car serviced elsewhere the next time. More

I have had my Toyota Camry serviced there for several years. Everyone who works there are very courteous and conscientious. Their complete service is very thorough. I also like that they use genuine Toyota parts which other mechanics may not do to save money.
