Mr Torres is a very helpful, responsive courteous salesman, of course constrained by corporate rules, as all of us are today. He did all he could do in his power .at every visit and more. Mr O'Donnell, Emil's immediate supervisor in sales, was open, responsive and willing to engage in discussions , and he is also encumbered by corporate limits. for their willingness to discuss. I am grateful to both of them and both deserve commendation. for my sale. I hope to continue to receive their help as issues arise, as with any new large expensive purchase. Other comments: Was rushed at critical times. such as in finance department---need more details there and much more time --their attention was in garnering more unneeded sales! Their finance department needs much more help --the supervisor was pretty crisp---I was at the dealership from 10.30 AM to 2 PM--too long , waiting for finance. to become available as I understood it. This corporation that owns this dealership should allow for 5k--10k of CC payments , I think reasonable for a massive dealership to offer. Also options , warranties, need more discussions upfront including transferring old license plates. that I found out on my own, along with other issues. I found out on my own re car insurance essential before I drive out of dealership. Trade in deal that was offered was very low (perhaps to be expected at dealerships ?) not in line with what the market bears ! Consumers have lot more access to facts now Suggest on pricing details to always give a print out of ALL costs upfront because charges tacked on to car cost at the end that are included in sales tax calculations The time in actual financial transaction was too short---it took time until they became available--waiting and waiting just filling in the time More

Many people, with good reason, dread or abhor (and worse) the car purchase "experience." The reason why my wife and I can honestly provide a 5+ rating was that from beginning to end - where we had "contact" the car purchase "experience."
