Due to our 2024 Prius XLE being totaled (no injuries) we new we wanted a "fully loaded" 2027 we have interacted with in our 40 years of buying cars. Due to our 2024 Prius XLE being totaled (no injuries) we new we wanted a "fully loaded" 2027 Prius Limited in Supersonic red. We saw that the dealership would be receiving one mid to late August. We were introduced to Rich P. when we entered the dealership to put a deposit on the vehicle. He kept us informed of the building and shipping process of the vehicle. Once we had completed the financial parts of the transaction, Rich P. took his time explaining all of the interior features and buttons on the dashboard. The time he spent doing this is greatly appreciated. Luke Nurzhan in finance was great as well. The atmosphere was very friendly and nevery pushy.
