I was excited to upgrade to a newer Venza after owning mine since 2012. Harvey is personable, friendly, & knowledgeable about all facets of Toyotas! He not only taught me how to deactivate the remote (who knew?), yet made sure my audio system was optimized. Little did he know, music is my thing! I appreciate everything & will definitely be back.
