Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Every individual I dealt with knew their area exceptionally well and they coordinated their efforts as a team. The only issue I have is that the time gaps between individuals could be shorter. More than 2 hours to complete the paperwork for purchasing a vehicle is excessive and made the experience tedious.
