I was in the market for a 4Runner TRD PRO and finally decided this past weekend to get one. I called the Naperville dealership Tuesday afternoon, where I spoke with Lisa. She confirmed that you also had one available and told me to come on in. I was greeted by David when I walked in. He said he was newer to the dealership, but spoke to me like an experienced vet. He brought me and my family over to the car and walked me through all the options the 4Runner had. David was very knowledgeable on the 4Runner and knew every feature and option this SUV had, which was a very refreshing experience for me. We had a quick test drive and settled down to work numbers. David and his manager, were able to get me what I wanted for my trade in, as well as get the payments to where I needed them to be. After agreeing on the car and payment, Alex Guzman came over to talk about add-ons. Alex did give me a breakdown of all the options and was okay with me saying no. He was not pushy at all, and we actually ended up getting the tints added onto the car. Alex was also very helpful, and was able to set up a time for me to come drop off my car and get a loaner while the tints are getting done. Last up was Angel. He was very friendly and finished off the document signing process quickly so that my family could get out of there for dinner. He was able to explain all of the documents and additional packages available. I did go with the maintenance package as well. All in all, my family and I had a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to your dealership in the future. More

We completed as much as possible in advance of me coming into the dealership, essentially, the deal was done. Even so, it took nearly 2 hours to complete paperwork. Actually, the paperwork part took about 15 minutes - it was the sitting around and upselling that wasted so much time. Zach went above and beyond after a small early glitch - truly appreciated his diligence in getting the upfront legwork done. Karl in finance was attentive to the time everything was taking and the technology for the signatures was great. Mike did the best he could but, all in all, the dealership experience left a lot to be desired. More
