Have gone twice now to have this issue about a deep noise coming from the engine area and even let the technicians have it for an entire week. After a week of no communication, I reached out and they noted t coming from the engine area and even let the technicians have it for an entire week. I noted again that it was still occurring and when the manager brought the car from the back to the front, he even noted that "this sound isn't normal, you're right" as he proceeded to give me the car back...with the issue still... He gave me his card and said he'd follow up on it last week. Again, radio silence.. issue is still occurring, just with 400 extra miles on it for "testing"... More

I recently took my RAV4 in for an oil change at this dealer. The basic service was quick — in and out with no issues. I was told the parts weren’t available but that I’d get a call once they were ordered. It’s been over a month, and I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve tried reaching out to my service representative multiple times with no response. On top of that, my bill wasn’t explained clearly when I picked up the car, which was frustrating. Overall, the quick service and amenities were nice, but communication and follow-up need serious improvement. More
