I believe I was charged for services when I shouldn’t have been. Also bought tires somewhere else because the 4 for 3 “sale” at $650 was a joke. Then set up child care because I was told once I got the new tires that it would just be a slap of the stickers on my car. That wasn’t the process at all. It took over an hour and my sitter missed an important doctor appointment due to the incorrect procedural information I was given.
