Unresponsive, discourteous, unprofessional, poor etiquette, lack of mannerism, rude, nasty, unrepentant, con dealer reps. Nice truck, bad experience. My phone records reflect repeated need to call due to no response. Reps kept me on hold, on two lines since I called three-way, for over an hour. Most hold time exceeded 32 minutes each call. Reps have no manners, yell berate customer. Refusal to answer legitimate questions. Initially wrote a contract for wrong year vehicle, charged DMV twice. Initially did not show the requested vehicle, instead, high-pressure sale for used inventory. Even at the cost of customers leaving with a cracked windshield. Still do no know where to send payment and have sent an email and 3 texts requesting vital info re-contract and refuse to inform customers where to send payment. Long unnecessary chaotic lack of correspondence and professionalism. Irresponsibly site COVID as an overall excuse, telephones, and computers did not cease during COVID. Limitations understood, however, data-based info is and was accessible. Unacceptable. I request payment information thereafter will not contact unless absolutely imperative. More

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and the interior door panels were chewed by a dog. When I pointed this out to the sales manager he said he would replace them.
