I gave 5 stars when I purchased my car, now I would give you 0 if possible. They sold me over 4,000 dollars worth of warranties which aren't worth the paper they are written on. The roadside assistance will you 0 if possible. They sold me over 4,000 dollars worth of warranties which aren't worth the paper they are written on. The roadside assistance will not reimburse you even though the state police called a different company to tow me because they had a 2 hr wait on a weekday night. My tire went flying off my Jeep on the interstate. They did not honor what I was told when I bought it with free car rental so that was another 500 dollars I had to put out. They also gave me back the Jeep with a dead battery. I lost yet another shift at work because I work overnight. Roadside assistance doesn't cover battery charges so I had to call AAA and spend another 140 dollars plus another 170 for a battery. Not to mention how rude they were on the phone to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are wonderful to you as long as you are spending your money but if you need them for service they are total jerks. More

Alyssa was amazing! I always call the service department here the car spa. Well, before COVID shut down the complimentary car wash.
