Two weeks to get our car back for a warranty part and wanted to charge $1200 of extra work. Then to top it all off when they called and said you car is done and we need the rental car back by 4:00 or the wanted to charge $1200 of extra work. Then to top it all off when they called and said you car is done and we need the rental car back by 4:00 or there would be charges. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem but when you work until 3:30 and have a very important appointment scheduled that day after work it makes things quite frustrating. Luckily my wife was able to switch that appointment to a different day. I understand rentals are a nice commodity of the dealer but how about a little understanding that people do have a life and obligations. If that appointment was unable to be switched and we were charged rental fees, I would have lost all the niceness in my body. Our contact person was very good and informative and I understand the service and timeframe was not her fault and she did try to help with the rental car issue but I think you need to find a little more compassionate car rental service. More
