Everyone was friendly, but extremely busy. Lorraine Baker was the only one there who knew how I could redeem my Toyota rewards visa points, and she was terrific. Maybe a few more people should learn how to do that, so there is back-up. Also, I didn't realize my car was ready until 2:30 in the afternoon, because that's when I just happened to check my email. I was expecting a phone call, but I think it's assumed that everyone has a smart phone, but there are many of us who can't afford one & the charges that go with it. More

I stopped to schedule my 5000 mile tire rotation. When I asked how long the service would take she said the appointment could be 45” or 2 hours depending on how many customers were ahead of me. That’s ridiculous, what’s the point of appointments? One year later and the service dept is still in a empty hanger and customers must use porta potty. I scheduled my tire rotation in Middletown.
