I quickly noticed how attentive, friendly, and professional Mark is—-and perhaps the best quality—-not at all pushy. I could not have asked for a smoother, simpler car buying process from start to finish. Mark kept me in the loop along the way when I had my name on a car yet to arrive providing me with info on the RAV, right down to the numbers for a potential payment.
