John Savenelli made the process easy and enjoyable. he took care of everything we needed before we even set foot on the dealership lot. he explained all the features and service benefits that came with our new 4Runner and even suggested a couple of radio stations we should put on our preset station list. in addition to John, CJ Marella and two generations of Zions made the process of buying our new car really amazing. i cannot recommend them enough. they talk about having fun and making friends and then they actually do everything they can to make that a reality. well done John! well done all!
