I negotiated with the dealership on the purchase of a 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid. There is a recall on that vehicle. I told them I would buy on the condition that dealer would take care of the recall. Furthermore, a sticky glue-like substance was spilled on the interior of my vehicle. I brought it to the salesman’s attention but best he could do was to tell my to try nail polish remover. More

The recent visit of yesterday involved an oil leak detected by me the previous day. I had my oil changed (among other work) several days earlier at Peter Boulware Toyota in Tallahassee. It was found that at Tallahassee, a tech had not tightened the oil drain plug. It needed another 3/4 turn to torque properly. The oil filter was tight, as it should have been. Thank you, Kelley, for helping me. More
