Went in last week for an oil change and left very unhappy, terrible customer service from the lady woman in the service department. Very rude and I waited over 2 hours for my oil change that I had an unhappy, terrible customer service from the lady woman in the service department. Very rude and I waited over 2 hours for my oil change that I had an appointment for. I had to go ask if my car was ready and she handed me my keys and told me her printer was broken and my car was parked behind the building. The only thing pleasant that day was Randy coming to say hello who I have bought two cars from! Randy is always great! More
