Based on our process, only the front two windows are cleaned during a complimentary car wash, and no work is performed inside the vehicle. Given this, there is no indication that our service would have caused the condition described. We also note that similar reviews have been submitted under different names. We take all feedback seriously and are always willing to investigate concerns, but in this case, our findings do not support that the issue occurred during your visit.
