Sales is awesome but the Service Department is lacking big time. I sat and watched my car be delivered on the ready line just to sit there for 15-20 minutes. I had to tell my new Service Advisor that my big time. I sat and watched my car be delivered on the ready line just to sit there for 15-20 minutes. I had to tell my new Service Advisor that my car was completed and I was ready to leave. This is the second Service Advisor I had dealt with in the past 5 months and I do not recommend either of them. This Department needs some serous oversite. More
