Joe Loverso just left here after making an adjustment which will enable me to adjust my seat. A feature in a 2019 Lexus and all Lexus since. These gentlemen should have been briefed on this adjustment. I appreciate that Lexus took responsibility for this oversight and had the serviceman come to my house in Vero rather then my having to return to Ft. Pierce. Very professional and very user friendly. Although the service center was very clean there are several deficiencies. The televisions were not working in the waiting areas and when we asked if they could be turned on we never received a response several deficiencies. The televisions were not working in the waiting areas and when we asked if they could be turned on we never received a response for the two hours we were there waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Granted there was coffee, beverages and snacks, they were left unattended and the patrons were rummaging through the food with their bare hands possibly spreading germs onto the food items. Finally, although everyone one of the personnel were very polite and friendly I believe that attention needs to be paid to the above-mentioned. More

In the past I couldn't rate this dealership highly enough but this visit was much worst. Basically, my advisor went out sick and nobody picked up the slack.
