He was always efficient, knowledgeable, and cheerfully enthusiastic to deal with, pointing out service options I had not considered nor knew were available. Furthermore he helped me decide whether a certain service was needed now or could be done on my next visit, which was useful information, and which I appreciate. He was also of great help with an important Recall issue. Luis even provided a pickup and delivery driver when I was not able to bring the car in for service, with a fine loaner car left for my convenience. This can be a good idea for future sales as the customer can see how good the newer models are! The mechanics seem to have done a fine job each time I visited Treasure Coast Lexus, and the car was always washed when I picked it up. Overall my experience with TCL was pleasant and Luis has been efficient and most professional. I look forward to doing more business with TCL in the future, and I have mentioned the great service to a friend who has a Lexus.
