After owning our Avalon for 15 years, we were in the market for a new car. When Christian warmly greeted us outside the dealership, I had a "good feeling" that he would provide the level of professional market for a new car. When Christian warmly greeted us outside the dealership, I had a "good feeling" that he would provide the level of professionalism and confidence I needed in making my decision on this investment. Throughout the process, he was able to provide extensive answers to our questions about several types of vehicles. He has a broad knowledge, but also a finite one, describing the features and mechanics of each vehicle. While our intention was to purchase a Camry, through a turn of events, we were enthralled with the Crown and drove it home that afternoon! Bobby's jovial personality was definitely a factor in helping us make the final deal. Both my husband and myself felt extremely comfortable in the negotiations which ensued regarding our trade. We are pleased with the transaction and appreciate the level of professionalism he also provided. Interestingly, I met Julian when I purchased my 2012 Corvette Grand Sport from another dealership, so not only was it great to see him, but we felt comfortable discussing and purchasing an Extended Warranty on our 2023 Crown. While there was no financing involved, we are impressed with the technology used in the finance department which made for a seamless transaction. It was indeed a pleasure working with your outstanding associates. Rest assured, we have already shared kudos for them and the dealership with friends and family! Special thanks to all! More
