The people I dealt with, especially Austin, were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had. This is our second Subaru in two years and we have no reason to think we won't be coming b knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had. This is our second Subaru in two years and we have no reason to think we won't be coming back when the time to purchase rolls around again. A good experience, with a very low to nonexistent level of irritation. I appreciated the fact that the trade-in experience was no nonsense and we were able to get a fair price on our car and a fair price on the new one. I came in on a lunch break just to browse on what Tucson Subaru had to offer. I was greeted by Austin His demeanor was awesome I felt so comfortable asking questions about the cars along with the test dr Subaru had to offer. There were a few options that I had liked but due to time constraints I had to return a bit later in the week. With this the communication was great, my wife and I had picked a car , Austin and the rest of Tucson Subaru made the process smooth. This is my first Subaru and so far has been a joy to drive. With the pleasant buying experience I will be looking to Tucson Subaru for our next family Purchase. Thank you Austin. More
