Though I didn't necessarily intend to work with three salespeople at Tucson Subaru, it turned out that way because of my schedule, and I'm glad it did because Joe Micoletti, Julio Maldonado, and Deborah salespeople at Tucson Subaru, it turned out that way because of my schedule, and I'm glad it did because Joe Micoletti, Julio Maldonado, and Deborah Bravo were all so great to work with! I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and expediency when it came to helping me find and purchase my 2024 Subaru Forester Sport. In all, I test drove five vehicles--four different models--because I just wasn't sure initially which Subaru I wanted. (In the past I've owned an Outback and Forester, though not recently.) They were always eager to help me find the right fit, help me understand the ins and outs of each vehicle, and work with (and without, as it finally turned out) my trade-in. I realize that's their job, but Joe, Julio, and Debbie really went above and beyond, making it easy--along with the deal I got on the Forester--to purchase a vehicle from Tucson Subaru. I was also really pleased when, on my first (of many) visits to test drive a car, sales manager Curt McHenry popped out to say hello, remembering me from my Forester lease back in 2015. Tucson Subaru has serviced the maintenance on my 2016 Outback since 2022 after relocating to Tucson from Texas. The service department has been wonderful and kept me coming back to Subaru for all of my vehicle’s needs. This week I was able to finance a new 2024 Crosstrek and trade in my 2016 Outback. The process was easy and my salesman (Estevan) was easy to work with and patient. He introduced me to Jennifer and Traci in the finance department and they were able to secure the loan for my new car! The rate on my loan was very competitive, my own financial institution could not beat the offer! I’m very happy with my entire experience at Tucson Subaru and am looking forward to servicing my Crosstrek here for many years to come.
