Buying Replacement Outback after accident. My wife was in a bad accident in our 2017 Outback and the car probably saved her life though it was totaled. Replacing it with another one was never a question in our minds. Ken and the finance office gentleman were very helpful and compassionate about my wife's injuries and went out of their way to be helpful. The demand for new Outbacks is amazing; what we were looking for was not on the lot and the ones one the train on the way were being reserved before they even get there. Ken helped us find the one we wanted on the way and we got our reservation in time as two more of what we wanted we reserved later that day after we left. I'm 66 years old and have dealt with a lot of car dealers in my time; Tucson Subaru rates at the top in my experience with car dealers to work with. More
